Communication Manager (BETA)
Please note that the crmSeries Communication Manager is in beta format at this time. The crmSeries Communication Manager is used to communicate with crmSeries users and in a later version, prospects, customers, vendors, and brokers. Follow the steps below to setup a Communication Manager Event. A Communication Manager Event is a defined criteria within your crmSeries system to communicate with the crmSeries users.
- Select the username in the upper right of crmSeries, System, Admin. NOTE: The user will need System Administration rights to access the System Admin.
- Select Data Admin, Communication Manager, Dashboard.
- Select the Stored Events tab.
- Select the Create New Stored Event button.
- Enter a Name for the Stored Event and select the Submit Form button.
- Complete the Event Form.
- Name – Name of Event
- Category – Ability to group events by category.
- Description – Broader description of the event.
- Module – Select from a list of available event modules.
- Filter – Filter the event by the data available for the module selected.
- Execution Options
- Update – The Event will fire when a record is added or updated.
- Add – The Event will fire when a record is added.
- Delivery Criteria
- Add – Add a New Delivery Criteria
- Active – Sets the Delivery Method as Active.
- Delivery Method Type – NOTE: The available options will be different based on the Delivery Method Type selected.
- Email – Assign Delivery based on an Email Address.
- Users – Select based on a crmSeries User List.
- Assigned Reps – Assign based on the users assigned to the Event Record.
- Criteria – The Criteria changes based on the Delivery Type Selected.
- Notification Type
- Email – Sends an email notification when the event fires.
- Call – Sets a Call Task when the event fires.
- Add – Add a New Delivery Criteria
