My Profile

To access My Profile, select your name in the upper right corner of crmSeries, and select My Profile.

User Settings

Several options are available to customize how crmSeries is setup for a user. To modify a user setting, follow the steps below.

  1. Select User Profile, User Settings.
  2. Select the Edit button.

  3. Modify the User Settings in the settings panel.
    1. Personal Settings
      1. Phone # – Enter your phone number.
      2. Cell # – Enter your mobile number.
      3. Country – Select your country.
      4. Language – Select your language.
      5. Time Zone – Select your time zone.
      6. Search Type – Select if your searched should default to Starts with or Contains. NOTE: Contains will always broaden the search results.
    2.   Alert/Reminders
      1. Recurring Touch Alert – Notification for Recurring Touch. Recurring Touch is a handy option in crmSeries to automatically remined you to call on a customer based on a recurring schedule.
        1. Days Before – How may days prior to the Recurring Touch should you be alerted.
      2. Task Alert – Notification of a Task.
        1. Days Before – How may days prior to the Task should you be alerted.
      3. Receive Daily Email of Open Activities – Receive an email daily with a list of open daily activities.
      4. Receive Communication Manager Alerts – This feature is under development.
      5. Notify when note done on my records – Send a notification to a user when someone else enters a note on their account.
        1. Email – Send the notification via email.
        2. Alert – Notify via an alert.

Email Setup

Email management allows you to control the sync of email and activity between crmSeries and Office365 or Google G-Suites. To connect crmSeries to your email application follow the steps below. NOTE: If your dealer requires Microsoft Authenticator, you must first install it on your mobile device before continuing with the email setup.

  1. Select Email Management, Email Setup.
  2. Select the Connect button for your email application. NOTE: In the steps below, Office365 was used.
  3. Select the Office365 prompts to continue the initial setup process by selecting the Continue button.
  4. Select the Account to Log into.
  5. Enter your password when prompted and select the Sign In button.
  6. If presented with a Verify Identity prompt, select a method to continue.
  7. If you selected to receive a Text, enter the text code and select the Verify button.
  8. If your dealer requires you to use Microsoft Authenticator, then select the Next button. NOTE: During the process, you will receive a prompt to download Microsoft Authenticator if not installed on your mobile device. Select the Next button.
  9. Using Microsoft Authenticator, scan the QR Code to authenticate with your Office365. Note: If you have already authenticated, select the Next button to continue.
  10. Open Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device and select the Verified IDs icon, then select Scan QR code to scan the QR code on your workstation. You may be prompted to Allow Access to your camera. Select Allow if prompted.
  11. You should receive a Success prompt from Office365. Select the Done button.
  12. You may receive a prompt to Stay Logged in. Select Yes button.
  13. Once connected, a crmSeries message will indicate that the Sync is in process, and you will be notified when finished.
    1. Calendar – Select a calendar to synchronize with crmSeries and Office365. NOTE: An initial Sync will need to be completed before any calendars will be available in the calendar list.
    2. Tasks – Send tasks from crmSeries to Office365.
    3. Calls – Send calls from crmSeries to Office365.
    4. Events – Send events from crmSeries to Office365.

Email Disconnect

  1. Select Email Management, Email Setup.
  2. Select the Disconnect button.
  3. At the prompt, Select Yes.
