PM Quoting
PM Quotes can easily be created in crmSeries. Follow the steps below to add a PM quote. NOTE: You must have crmSeries PM quoting access rights in order to create a quote.
PM Quote Dashboard
To access the PM quote dashboard, follow the steps below.
- Select My Business, Filed Maintenance, PM Quotes.
- The Dashboard can be filtered by selecting the PM Quotes dropdown list.
Adding PM Quote
- Select Add, PM Quote.
- Enter the PM Quote Information.
- Company – Type the name of the company that the PM Quote is for. NOTE: The Company name will appear as you type.
- Contact – Select a Contact from the list.
- Add New – Add a New Contact if not in the list. NOTE: This will also add the contact to the company record.
- Equipment – Type a Model, Serial Number, or Stock Number for the machine that the PM Quote if for.
- Existing Machine – If Unchecked, you can manually enter a machine. NOTE: This will also add the machine to the customer’s equipment population.
- Sales Rep – The rep that is creating the PM Quote.
- Branch – The branch associated with the PM Quote.
- Select the Next Button.
- Enter the PM Quote Profile Information.
- Make – Select the Make of the PM Profile.
- Profile – The PM Profile for the Equipment.
- Start Hours – The Machine Hours for the Start of the PM Quote.
- End Hours – The Machine Hours for the End of the PM Quote.
- Hours Per Year – The Average Hours per Day of the Equipment.
- Part Rate Increase – The Parts Price Percent Increase per Year.
- Labor Rate Increase – The Labor Percent Increase per Year.
- Comments – Enter any comments about the PM Quote.
- Select the Save button.
- The PM Quote will Open with the prepopulated Parts and Labor Rates grouped by the PM Interval. NOTE: The Start Hours, End Hours, Hours Per Year, Parts Rate Increase, and Labor Rate Increase can be modified. If modified, select the Update Button.
- Each PM Quote Section can be modified by select the Pancake Menu within each section.
- As an example, adding a Vehicle Charge.
- Enter the Vehicle Charge information details.
- Select the Save button.

Printing a PM Quote
To print a PM Quote, follow the steps below.
- From the Open PM Quote, Select the Documents Tab.
- Select the Actions, Build Output. NOTE: Selecting Build Customer Output under the Documents tab can also be selected.
