Product Support Dashboard
The crmSeries Product Support Dashboard provides a quick overview of all crmSeries generated potential part and service opportunities. crmSeries generated potential opportunities may consist of warranty expirations, major component end-of-life, undercarriage components approaching 100% wear, PM Service Coming Due, and more. From the Product Support Dashboard, a crmSeries user can schedule task associated with the opportunity.
Accessing crmSeries Product Support Dashboard
To access the Product Support Dashboard, select My Business, Product Support, PSSR Dashboard.

Scheduling Product Support Dashboard Tasks
To schedule a task associated for a row in the Product Support Dashboard, select the Pancake menu then select the Add Task option.

NOTE: Selecting the rep(s) and modifying the date range can be used to filter the Product Support opportunities.
